My life philosophy is centred around the art of non-doing. At first glance you may think that means that I’m sitting at Starbucks, sipping my latte, and staring into space. :-) What the art of non-doing actually means is that you are so tuned in (to spirit, or that bigger part of yourself) that you are doing exactly what you need to be doing in each moment.
It is called ‘non-doing’ because when you are in the moment like this, it kinda feels like you’re not really ‘doing’ in the effortful way that doing often entails. In this way, we can be very efficient and productive, without over-burdening ourselves.

Wow. I feel amazing after my last session with Sahaj…and within my first two sessions she quickly identified factors in my lifestyle that were impacting my ability to deal with the day to day stressors of a very intense high-tech career. I've had high anxiety for 4 years now. I ran into Sahaj on Facebook and have been using the tools she suggested for me, and have noticed a huge difference in a relatively short period of time.
